Shopper Matters is an online community of convenience store shoppers, that are engaged through a combination of fun and interactive activities including surveys, discussions, diaries, games and heatmaps. The community platform is based off other social media platforms and collaboration and interaction is encouraged. Community members are also generously rewarded for completing activities!
THE STORE OF THE FUTURE
The Store of the Future Study was conducted during the 2018 Shopper Matters Community. Respondents were asked to watch the video below by Stuzo on the future of convenience stores and what they could look like by 2025. Community members answered a short survey and a group discussion, the following report details the key findings which were provided to our clients.
